In another pan, heat the ghee and fry the raisins and cashews and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In another pan, boil some water (about 2.5 cups for 1.5 cup rava), stir in the sugar and allow to dissolve completely. Add the cardamom powder and mix well. When the water has come to a boil, add in the semiya and allow to cook till the semiya is done.
