{"id":369,"date":"2009-10-24T04:33:00","date_gmt":"2009-10-24T12:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thezeal.com\/cooking\/?p=369"},"modified":"2009-10-24T04:33:00","modified_gmt":"2009-10-24T12:33:00","slug":"chilli-cauliflower-fry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kaizen.ist\/cooking\/chilli-cauliflower-fry\/","title":{"rendered":"Chilli Cauliflower Fry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cauliflower &#8211; 2 cups florets<\/li>\n<li>Onions &#8211; 1 medium (diced)<\/li>\n<li>Tomatoes &#8211; 1 small (diced)<\/li>\n<li>Mustard seeds &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder &#8211; 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Chilli powder &#8211; 1 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Coriander powder &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Ginger-garlic paste &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Oil &#8211; 3 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Salt &#8211; to taste<\/li>\n<li>Coriander leaves &#8211; 2 tsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a pan, heat oil and then splutter mustard seeds, add the onions and saute till golden brown. Then add the ginger garlic paste and fry well. Then, add in the turmeric, chilli coriander powders and fry adding a little water. Then add the tomatoes to this and fry for a while. Then, add in the cauliflower and allow to cook. Fry until all the water has drained out and oil starts to come out on the top\/sides. Finally add in the coriander leaves.
