{"id":357,"date":"2009-10-24T04:27:45","date_gmt":"2009-10-24T12:27:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thezeal.com\/cooking\/?p=357"},"modified":"2009-10-24T04:27:45","modified_gmt":"2009-10-24T12:27:45","slug":"egg-masala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kaizen.ist\/cooking\/egg-masala\/","title":{"rendered":"Egg Masala"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eggs &#8211; 4<\/li>\n<li>Tomatoes &#8211; 1(big) chopped<\/li>\n<li>Onion &#8211; 2 (medium) chopped<\/li>\n<li>Ginger garlic paste &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Chilli powder &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Salt &#8211; to taste<\/li>\n<li>Oil &#8211; 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nHeat oil in a pan, add the onions, saute for a while. Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Then add chilli powder, turmeric ,tomatoes, salt with a little water and allow to cook for a while till the oil comes out. Then break the eggs one at a time into this and allow to cook. Do not stir until the eggs are almost done. Slightly turn the eggs over trying not to break them and allow to cook on the other side.?
