Mango Milk Shake

Ingredients:

  • Ripe Mangoes – 2
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp
  • Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Crushed Ice – 1/4 cup

Method:

Skin the mangoes and remove the seeds and cut the juicy portions into medium pieces. Blend the ripe mango pieces with the milk, condensed milk and sugar in a blender adding water as necessary. Finally add in crushed ice and whisk again. Serve chilled. You can optionally add in vanilla ice cream during blending to give it a more richer flavor. Note that you can substitute mango pulp instead of fresh mangoes to make this shake.

Banana Milk Shake

Ingredients:

  • Ripe Bananas – 2
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp
  • Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup

Method:

Blend the ripe bananas with the milk, condensed milk and sugar in a blender adding water as necessary. You can also add some vanilla icecream during blending to give the shake a more richer and creamier flavor. Serve chilled.

Sweet Lassi

Ingredients:

  • Buttermilk – 2 cups
  • Sugar – 6 tbsps

Method:

Blend in the buttermilk and sugar in a blender and then whisk through with a whisker and serve chilled.
